- 1 ½ oz spiced rum
- ¾ oz vanilla syrup (like the kind used in coffee drinks)
- 3 oz coconut milk
- Dash of nutmeg (garnish)
Combine the rum, vanilla syrup, and coconut milk in a shaker with ice. Shake to blend. Strain and serve in a collins or other tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with nutmeg.
