It’s a specialty of Le Cirque2000 where it is know as the “Blue Room” and is made with peach infused vodka.
2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Blue Curaco
1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
Combine everything in a shaker with cracked ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
