Recently the Tempest bar in San Francisco held a Jerk Off. Not the kind they usually have South of Market, nope this was a Soda Jerk Off. This week we present to you the winning drink, the Egg Cream Pie. Created by Ice Cream Bar (SF) Soda Jerk Dillion Lockwood, the Egg Cream Pie tastes as good as it sounds. Reminiscent of an old fashioned egg cream with an hint of hazenut, it won for it’s simplicity and homage to the craft.
Dillion was rewarded with $500 from Drink of the Week for his winning cocktail!

- 1 egg yolk
- .75 oz Nocino walnut liqueur
- 1.5 oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes white peppercorn tincture
Blend yolk in a small amount of soda, add all other ingredients and fill with soda. Stir. GRate nutmeg and black walnut on top
