This week’s drink just reminds us of summer. Created by the folks at Purfect Purée, this cocktail is made special by it’s base of “El Corazon, a combination of pomegranate, pasion fruit and blood orange.” Add some premium añejo tequila, calvados, Campari and wow—it is simply yum all around!
- 2 ½ oz Perfect Purée El Corazon, thawed
- 1 oz Chinaco añejo tequila
- ½ oz calvados
- ½ oz Campari
Place all ingredients into a pint glass. Shake in a Boston shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with strawberry. Serve.
