This week’s drink just reminds us of summer. Created by the folks at Purfect Puree, this cocktail is made special by it’s base of “El Corazon, a combination of pomegranate, pasion fruit and blood orange. Add some premium Añejo Tequila, Calvados, Campari and wow. All around it is simply – Yum!

Eclipse

2 ½ oz. Perfect Purée El Corazon, thawed
1 oz. Chinaco Añejo Tequila
½ oz. Calvados
½ oz. Campari

Place all ingredients into a pint glass. Shake in a Boston Shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with strawberry. Serve.
