This drink was popularized by Dale DeGroff at the Rainbow Room in the early 1990s. He served it to Madonna and entourage one night after the Grammy’s. Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz vodka
• ½ oz Cointreau
• ¾ oz cranberry juice
• ¼ oz lime juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel.
