- 2 oz. Perfect Puree Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
- 1 1/2 oz. 100% Agave Anejo Tequila
- Juice of 1 lime
Combine all ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Shake vigorously in a Boston Shaker and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with an oversized lime wedge. Serve.
