Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz light rum
- 1 slice pineapple
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 egg (optional)
Instructions
Combine with a scoop of ice in an electric mixer. Mix well (15–20 sec). Pour into a collins glass.
