1 1/2 oz Canadian Club Classic 12
3/4 oz DeKuyper Triple Sec
2 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
5 fresh blackberries
3 sage leaves
1/2 oz egg whites
Muddle Sage and blackberries in a mixing glass. Add all remaining ingredients and shake with ice, double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Muddle 2 blackberries and 3 basil leaves in a Boston shaker. Add Tequila Don Julio, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and ice into shaker. Shake well. Strain contents into stemless martini glass over ice and garnish with a blackberry and basil leaf on a toothpick.… Read more
Wild blackberries are so much sweeter and juicier than their store-bought counterparts. In Northern California, you’ll see them growing wild on the side of the road. I grabbed some bowls, gathered wild berries, and turned them into a simple and satisfying late-summer cocktail. If you can’t find wild berries or some farm-fresh ones at a roadside stand or farmers market, you will probably need to add a little sugar to this recipe.
