Created by Bartender Hall of Fame Inductee Francesco LaFranconi, this holiday punch is a unique combination of Polish Vodka, green tea, and apple juice. This is not your dad’s holiday punch. Courtesy of Sobieski Vodka.

Ingredients

• 1L – 750 ml Sobieski Polish vodka
• 4 cups chai tea (sweetened according to taste)
• 4 cups clear apple juice
• 2 whole orange cut in slices
• 2 whole red apple cut in slices
• 1–2 teaspoon orange bitters (optional)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and garnish with seasonal fruit slices. Makes 16 servings.
