Who said Thanksgiving dinner is all about the Turkey, the stuffing and the wine. I say cocktails are in order, and this one even calls for cranberry sauce. What is more Thanksgiving than that?

Thanksgiving Toast by Beefeater

1 oz. Beefeater Gin
1/2 oz. Canned cranberry sauce
1/2 oz. Ginger ale

Shake vigorously with ice and strain into martini glass. Add a float of ginger ale after straining. Garnish with
3 roasted walnut halves, speared cranberries, or a sprig of rosemary
