Low Calorie Spring Cocktails

iced-tea.gifIt’s Easter, it’s Passover and that means Spring is here in full swing. It also is a good time to count a few calories so we can all look smashing in swim togs come Summer. Our friends at Suntory makers of some fantastic Whisky as well as, Midori & Zen Green Tea Liqueur have put together this collection of light refreshing cocktails that are perfect for sipping and calories counting.

Midori Lemonade (80 Calories)

1 oz. Midori
Top with Crystal Light Lemonade

Mix and serve over ice in a tall glass with a lemon wedge garnish.

Midori Fizz (80 Calories)

1 oz. Midori
Top with Club Soda

Mix and serve over ice in a tall glass.

Zen Cooler (150 Calories)

1 oz. Zen Green Tea Liqueur
Top with Fresca

Mix and serve over ice in a tall glass.

Another tasty low-cal treat is the Zen Iced Tea. At only 150 calories and 20% alcohol level, this is the perfect cocktail for after dinner evenings spent on the porch or for Sunday brunches.

Zen Iced Tea (150 Calories)

1 oz. Zen Green Tea Liqueur
Top with Crystal Light Iced Tea

Mix and serve over ice in a tall glass with a lemon wedge garnish.
