Mardi Gras 2007

Bead2-sm.gif

Things are back in full swing again this Fat Tuesday. New Orleans, although not fully recoved from Katrina, is open for business. And on Fat Tuesday that business is beads, parades, and lots and lots of drinking. The good news is that you don’t have to be in the Big Easy to celebrate. Mardi Gras has become a national party holiday (less it’s religious meaning) and is celbated by fun folks all over the country.
Here’s some traditional drinks to try:

Fat Tuesday Cocktails
Cocktails of New Orleans
Martinis from Emeril’s NOLA Restaurant
