Ingredients
- 2 ½ parts Absolut Pears pear vodka
- ½ part diced plum
- ¾ parts honey syrup
- ½ part fresh lemon juice
- 3 slices of fresh ginger
Instructions
Muddle the plum and ginger together. Add pear vodka, honey syrup, a squeeze of lemon and ice. Shake and strain into martini glass.
