Ingredients

• 2 parts Basil Hayden’s Bourbon Whiskey
• 3/4 parts Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/2 part Agave Syrup (1:1 ration of water to agave)
• 1/2 part Green Chartreuse
• 1/2 peeled Tangerine
• 4 Celery Leaves
• 1 pinch Hepp’s Salt Barrel Ghost Pepper Salt (Optional)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients, except bourbon, in a cocktail shaker and muddle

2. Add bourbon and ice to the shaker and shake

3. Strain into a rocks glass with ice

4. Garnish with a sprig of celery leaves
