Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz light rum
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp simple syrup
- Champagne
Instructions
Combine all but champagne with ice in a shaker and shake well. Strain into chilled collins of hurricane glass. Fill with champagne.
