With peach season right around the corner, this recipe makes an incredibly refreshing summer cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1¾ oz Partida Reposado Tequila
- 6 Peach Quarters
- 6 Mint Leaves
- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
Muddle the peach and mint in a mixing glass. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
