Maker’s Mark Hot Toddy

1 jigger (1 1/2 oz.) Maker’s Mark
½ tsp. sugar
2 whole cloves
1 small cinnamon stick
1 lemon slice

Measure all ingredients into an old-fashioned glass. Place teaspoon in glass; add boiling water to fill glass. (Teaspoon helps prevent glass from breaking when boiling water is added.) Stir mixture and serve immediately.
