Flame of Love by 42 BELOW

1 parts Vodka (preferreably 42 BELOW)
1/2 part Sherry
3 orange zests
3 lemon zests

Long orange peel to garnish

Rinse a chilled cocktail glass with sherry, rotating to coat the glass, and discard the excess. Using a lighter or match, flame the zests of orange and lemon so that the oils coat the surface of your cocktail glass. Then, fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in sherry and 42 BELOW Vodka, stir well and strain into the prepared Cocktail glass, and garnish with an orange peel.
