The Lusty Maritime Punch
We are big fans of punch and this one created by mixologist Eric Castro did not disappoint. Made with HighlandPark 12-year-old single-malt scotch, yellow chartreuse, a hint of ginger, bitters, ginger beer, and fresh fruit the result is a wonderfully complex drink. We tried this at the recent StarChefs.com Rising Star Chef’s Review in San Francisco. For an event wrap up and more photos, check out Lick My Spoon.
Ginger Rogers
I love cocktails where fresh fruit and a muddler meet at the bottom of a glass and Jason Lara’s Ginger Rogers cocktail could be a new love. Originally served at Social Hollywood in Los Angeles, Lara’s cocktail mixes Campari with muddled strawberries and clementine oranges making for a light, colorful Summertime treat. First Class
Do Valentine’s Day right, and go first class. Here’s tasty mixture of high energy vodka (JETT contains caffeine and guarana), the gingery bite of ginger liqueur and the explosion of flavor that is a muddled strawberry, lime and basil. Courtesy of Jett Vodka.
Inaguration Cocktails

The folks at San Francisco’s own Skyy Vodka wanted to share this collection of infused vodka cocktails. They also remind us that Skyy is an All-American Spirit, it is crafted from the finest American grain, distilled and bottled in the USA.
