Lager Beer
Green Food Coloring
Pour beer into pint glass and add green food
coloring until you reached your desired shade of green.

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/4 oz. Green Crème de Menthe
1/4 oz. White Crème de Menthe
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, stir well
and pour into a martini glass.

Emerald Isle Cocktail
2 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Green Crème de Menthe
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Green Maraschino Cherry
Add the gin, crème de menthe and bitters in a shaker filled with ice and
stir. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the green maraschino
cherry.

Everybody's Irish
1 1/2 oz. Irish Whisky
1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz. Green crème de menthe
Add the whisky, chartreuse and crème de menthe and bitters in a shaker
filled with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish
with the green maraschino cherry.
