Half & Half (Black & Tan)
A Classic Marriage of Two Fine Beers
1 bottle Harp Ale
1 can or bottle Guinness Stout
Fill a Pint glass 1/2 with Harp. Place a
teaspoon on the back of the pint glass and fill the remainder
of the glass with Guinness by pouring it slowly over the back
of the spoon.

1 1/2 oz. Scotch
1 oz. Irish whisky
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
Dash of bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, stir well and
pour into a martini glass.

1 oz. Irish Whisky
1/2 oz Irish Mist
Dash of Southern Comfort
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake well and
strain into a martini glass.

Dingle Dram
1 1/2 oz. Irish Whisky
1/2 oz. Irish Mist
Coffee Soda
Crème de Cacao
Whipped Cream
Pour whiskey and Irish mist into a highball glass filled with ice.
Add coffee soda and stir.
Float crème de cacao on top and top with whipped crème.

1 1/2 oz. Irish Whisky
Ginger Ale
Lemon peel
Pour whisky into a highball glass filled with ice, twist the lemon peel
over the glass and drop in the glass and fill with ginger ale.
