Absinthethea

1 1/2 oz. Absinthe
Dash Creme de Menthe

Sugar rim your glass using creme de mint. Place ice in your glass, then place your cube of sugar on your absinthe spoon. Slowly pour your favorite absinthe over the cube. Fill to desired level, light the cube on fire (for show only) then pour 2 - 3 parts of distilled or purified water over the cube and stir in the sugar cube. Add a dash of creme de mint.

A mint leaf is optional as a garnish.
