Herradura Mixologist Mark Drew created this variation of a classic Jamaican drink, the Stout punch, to honor the Steelers SuperBowl XLV team. The Steelers colors are represented by stout (for black) and Herradura Reposado tequila (for gold).

I needed a champagne cocktail to brighten a dreary winter day. This recipe uses in-season Meyer lemons and Galliano herbal liqueur along with champagne. It’s dry and a bit tart, which is just what I wanted. If you prefer a little sweetness, add a splash or two of simple syrup.
