Cinnamon Sparkler

Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlua Cinnamon Spice
3 oz Sparkling Apple Cider
Small squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Shake Kahlúa Cinnamon Spice and lemon over ice. Top with sparkling cider. Grate nutmeg on top.

Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlúa Cinnamon Spice
1 oz Avión Tequila Blanco 
1 oz lemon juice
6-8 concord grapes

Directions:
Muddle Grapes. Add rest of the ingredients. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass

Chocolate Covered Pomegranate

Ingredients:
1 oz pomegranate liqueur
1 oz dark chocolate liqueur
1 oz creme (or more to flavor)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into martini glass. Substitute ice cream for the creme and blend. Pour into martini glass.

Bloody Red Rum Sangria

Ingredients:
1 750ml bottle of spiced rum
1/2 bottle Voga Merlot
6 oz. fresh lime juice
6 oz. triple sec liqueur
6 oz. simple syrup
2 limes sliced in thin wheels
2 red oranges sliced in thin wheels

1 1/2 oz VuQo Vodka
3/4 oz banana liqueur
3/4 oz Creme De Cacao
1/2 ripe banana
4 pcs. ChocNut or other milk chocolate
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crushed ice

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender a blend for 10 – 20 seconds. Pour into a Collins or other tall glass.

0.75 oz Hibiscus Tea, chilled
2 dashes of orange bitters
Orange peel, garnish
