Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey

Just arrived in time for St. Patrick’s Day. Tullamore Dew is a traditional Irish Wiskey, smooth and buttery in flavor. This smooth whisley was first distilled in 1829 and the recipe had changed little since. It has a nose of lemon, spices with a slight woody undertone. It’s a taste is warming with a smooth, spicy finish.
This fine whiskey was recenlty made the official whisley of the Buena Vista on San Francisco, the home of Irish Coffee in America.
Here a few recipes to try with Tullamore Dew
Irish Kiss
3/4 oz of Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz of peach schnapps
4 oz of ginger ale
2 oz of orange juice
Combine in an ice-cube filled Collins or specialty glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Wild Irish Rose
1 1/2 oz of Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
1 1/2 tsp of Grenadine
1/2 0z of Lime Juice Club Soda
Fill in highball glass with ice. Add Tullamore Dew, grenadine and lime juice. Stir well. Fill with club soda.
Combine equal parts of the following:
Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
Irish Mist
Carolans Irish Cream
Serve in a rocks glass over ice.
