Night & Day
"Great on New Years' Eve, Perfect on New Year's Day"

Champagne
1 oz. Cognac
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/4 oz. Campari

Fill chilled red wine glass about 1/2 way with ice.
Add in the Cognac, Cointreau & Campari.
Fill with champagne and stir.
