Yellow Morning

1 oz. Cognac
1 oz. Cherry Herring
1 oz. Creme de Banana

Layer this drink by pouring the creme de banana slowly into a parfait glass, pour the cherry herring slowly over the back of a spoon on top of the creme de banana and then pour the cognac slowly over the back of a spoon on top of the cherry herring.
