Tom Collins

Celebrate a well known American family, the Collins Family. This drink originated in the nineteenth century in either the US, England, or Australia. Although it place of origin is disputed, it is truly become a classic. Take a minute and meet Tom, John, Joe, and Ivan. So good they named the glass after it!

Fill a Collins glass with ice.
You can build this one right in the glass.

1 1/2 oz. Gin
Fill glass with equal amounts of:
Sweet & Sour
Soda Water

Garnish with a cherry and a lime squeeze.

John Collins
- replace Gin with Whiskey

Joe Collins
- replace Gin with Scotch

Ivan Collins
- replace Gin with Vodka

Jaun Collins
- replace Gin with Tequila
