1/4 oz. Blue Curacao
1/4 oz. Midori or Melon Liqueur
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
Dash Angostura Bitters (optional)

Combine in a shaker with ice. Mix well and strain into a champagne glass

Fill with champagne

Garnish with a lime squeeze
