This Week’s Drink is a new twist on the ever popular Apple Martini or Appletini. This recipe is made with a Ginger Infused Vodka from Oregon. Gotta get my hands on a bottle of the stuff. Reader Dean, who supplied us with recipe write “you won’t believe what the ginger ads to this cocktail”.
1 1/2 oz. Yazi Ginger Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Apple Pucker
3 oz. Apple juice
Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an apple slice.
