Brown Derby Cocktail

2 oz. Whiskey
1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/4 oz. Honey

Combine in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Coconut Grove

1 oz. Dry Gin
1/3 oz. Italian Vermouth
1/3 oz. French Vermouth

1 Pineapple Slice

Combine in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Clover Club Cocktail
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon or 1 Lime
1/3 Grenadine
2/3 Dry Gin
Shake well and strain into a medium sized glass.

Embassy Cocktail
1/4 Brandy
1/4 Cointreau
1/4 Jamaica Rum
1/4 Lime.

Sardi's Delight Cocktail
1/4 ounce Passion Fruit Fruit Syrup
1/8 ounce Lime Juice
A few Dashes Grenadine & Absinthe
1 Good Drink Gin
Shake well.

The Vendome Cocktail
1/3 Dubonnet
1/3 Gin
1/3 French Vermouth
in measuring, put a little more Dubonnet and a little less Vermouth.
