DRINK RECIPE   

Aviation by Plymouth

1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1 dash Syrup de Gomme

Fill mixing glass with ice. Add the Plymouth Gin, lemon juice (freshly squeezed), maraschino liqueur and syrup de gomme. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with lemon zest
