Bacardi Cocktail
The New York Supreme Court ruled that the only Rum that may be used in this classic cocktail is Bacardi

1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light or Gold Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Grenadine
1/2 tsp. Sugar (optional)

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or a highball over ice.
